Cuisine for everyoneParadores has a great team of professionals who, both in the kitchens and front of house, research and create new concepts to provide gastronomy with something for everyone, brimming with tradition, innovation and, of course, wellbeing.
One of the fundamental aims of Paradores gastronomy is to offer health and accessibility. This is why our service is also designed for those collectives who, from a gastronomic viewpoint, have special needs, such as babies, children, older folk, vegetarians, diabetics or gluten sensitives, among others. We want everyone to be able to enjoy our cuisine without having to give up anything.
