Dishes you will not want to miss include piquillo peppers, which are even better when they are stuffed; menestra (sautéed mixed vegetables), the hallmark of our exquisite farm produce; and bacalao a la riojana (cod in pepper and tomato sauce). And of course, we recommend accompanying these delicacies with one of La Rioja’s excellent wines.
