Our School

Within the framework of the Corporate Social Responsibility policy of the network, the Paradores School project has become a tourism academy which gathers together the experience, wisdom and talent of the best professionals of the network, together with the most advanced business technology. The school of Paradores

The Paradores School project, made a reality in 2006, stems from the need to take advantage of the knowledge accumulated by Paradores professionals over the 80 years of its existence.  

Facilities

At this time there are two establishments involved in the Paradores School project: the Parador Hostal de San Marcos, in León, and the Parador de Santo Domingo Bernardo de Fresneda, in La Rioja.

Training team

The pedagogical team is composed of more than 50 professionals from Paradores who impart practically all of the modules involved in the courses, in such a way that each person teaches their specialty

Kitchen specialisation and management course

his course is directed at those who have completed professional training studies in Cookery and wish to acquire the professional experience and knowledge which will allow them to prepare themselves to reach the position of head of a hotel or restaurant kitchen.

Food and beverages specialisation and management course

For young people who have completed professional training in catering or who have work experience in the sector and wish to acquire the advanced techniques and knowledge to allow them to reach positions of responsibility.

Buildings and hotel facilities maintenance course

This course is directed at young people who have completed professional training in area of maintenance of facilities, electronics and electrics or who have work experience in the sector.
