In order to increase the number of members of the Amigos de Paradores club, the company has decided to create a draw of a 2 Nights Gift Box including breakfast among all persons of more than 18 years and resident in the UK that enter their details and register in the Amigos de Paradores database http://bit.ly/1mUgg48 between 8 October 2014 and 31 October 2014. The winner shall be drawn through an external random selection platform of a number corresponding to a user added between these dates.
1. Participation, mechanics and dates
To take part in this draw, users must become a member of the Amigos de Paradores club. Registration and inscription in this database owned by the company Paradores de Turismo S.A. shall not entail any added costs to users. By simply filling in the form http://bit.ly/1mUgg48 with the details will automatically add them to Amigos de Paradores with a unique and exclusive card number for each new registration.
The department of Amigos de Paradores shall assign a number for each new registration between the specified dates in order to, at the time of the draw and through an external platform (http://www.random.org), protect the identity and private details of users. The number shall be assigned through strict order of registration.
Inscription in the draw implies that participants must have registered as Amigo de Paradores between 8 October 2014 at 0:00h and 31 October 2014 at 23:59h. The winner shall be announced on 3 November 2014. The prize may not be transferred to other people and must be used between the dates specified by the Gift Box in 2015.
2. Announcement of the winner
Paradores de Turismo will publish the name of the draw winner through off and online media it considers appropriate. Therefore, the winner of the draw accepts by participating that his/her name may appear in communications and publicity and commercial activities determined by Paradores de Turismo. The communication with the winner shall take place from the Amigos de Paradores department to the email address used to register as a new member of the Amigos de Paradores club. Once the organization notifies the winner, should s/he not contact Paradores de Turismo before 15 November 2014 at 18:00h, s/he shall lose the right to enjoy the prize and a new draw shall be performed using the same steps as often as required until a winner is chosen.
3. Prize
The winner of the draw will receive a Two Nights Gift Box with breakfast included.
4. Participation restrictions
The following many not take part in this promotion:
1. Employees of Paradores.
2. Spouses and direct family members of persons included in 1.
3. Persons under 18 years of age.
4. Persons not resident in the UK.
5. Responsibilities
The promoter reserves the right to cancel any participation or any participant, if there are any suspicions of an incorrect data input during registration as Amigos de Paradores. Paradores de Turismo reserves the right to reject or exclude from the participation and in general from the promotion, any participant not fulfilling the requirements described in the terms and conditions or contravening the rules or purpose. Paradores de Turismo reserves the right to modify the conditions of this promotion at any time, including its possible cancellation before the predefined deadline, for just cause, committing to communicate the new basis, conditions of the promotion or its definitive cancellation if applicable, with sufficient advance notice and publicity.
