Spain has a total amount of 44 world Heritage Sites named by UNESCO including cities, castles, cathedrals, parks and monuments. We already talked about some of those World Heritage Sites, Cuenca and Ávila, and so we will introduce you to two new ones: Cáceres and Córdoba. World Heritage Site: Cáceres

Have you ever heard of Cartagena? This is a city situated next to the Mediterranean Sea in Murcia. It has a rich artistic heritage because of so many civilizations living in there during History as it has an idyllic location in the coast. If you are staying at the Parador de Lorca, in Murcia, you can make a trip to this charming region and get to know a bit more about this coast part of Spain!

Considered one of the best Gothic art buildings and located in the city centre of Burgos, right at the Plaza de Santa María, the Burgos Cathedral emerges. After more than 20 years of restoration of it, it seems that this impressive building is back on what it was. Our Parador de Lerma is located in the village of Lerma, just 40 kilometres away from the city centre of Burgos. Both are spots along the French Way of Saint James.
