Our restaurants – tamizia

Tamizia restaurants bite-sized culinary delights

Tamizia restaurants are multi-use spaces designed based on the latest trends in gastronomy. Their hours and dining options are intended to meet a wide variety of needs, offering small plates, set menus, sandwiches, salads, a regular menu, drinks, and more.
Our Tamizia restaurants are the perfect choice for guests who have been asking for a more informal, modern "small and medium plates" culinary option.

This group includes our Enxebre restaurants, which have their own unique personality, offering traditional Galician cuisine presented in a very modern way.

The Tamizia menus are made up of dishes to share, a variety of sandwiches and special dishes, as well as drinks and cocktails. For those who would like to try a bit of everything, we suggest a special menu designed by our chefs which we call Something to Share. As the name indicates, guests can sample and share a number of medium plates served family style for the entire table.

The wine list for our Tamizia restaurants spotlights local wines and those which are important in the area where the Parador is located.

You can find Enxebre restaurants at the following Paradores:
Cambados, Ferrol, Monforte, Pontevedra, Tui, Verín, Vilalba and Gijón (Llar del Molín)
