  • The numbered card included in the gift box and duly validated is the only operational element of this gift box.
  • It is necessary to book in advance and provide the number of the gift card, its name and its expiration date.
  • It must be shown at the Parador upon arrival.
  • At some Paradores and during peak seasons, weekends and Easter Week, the availability of the rooms included in this Gift Box is reduced.
  • The card does not exclude the guest from the minimum board conditions that some establishments may apply. It cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
  • Paradores shall not be held responsible for cards that are lost or stolen.
  • Gift Boxes cannot be extended or exchanged, and are not refundable.
  • The application conditions are subject to possible change without prior notice.
