La habitación Abad Franquila del Parador de Santo Estevo es la más amplia del establecimiento y dispone de las mejores vistas al Cañón del Sil. Está dedicada al Abad Franquila, el primer Abad del Monasterio de Santo Estevo, fundado en el siglo IX por el Rey Ordoño II. La habitación única de este hotel con encanto situada en la parte más alta del edificio, en la esquina noroeste, cuenta con un salón recibidor, un gran cuarto de baño con jacuzzi, y un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio de 1,80 m., con tres ventanas orientadas al cañón del Sil y al bosque del Monasterio.
