Employees at reception desk are overloaded attending clients and telephone calls at the same time. Q quality of reception is therefore penalized. Quality and variety of food offered at the restaurant is poor. Management should not use clients services such as terrace in cafetería for events of groups therefore reducing serivce área for clients. . Salons should be used instead. Personal in cafetería is also overloaded so service is penalized..

least good parador of 12 we know.location/bar fantastic,.attention to customer weak.parador focused on weddings. regular guests have difficulty parking. you pay for 30 minutes sauna and jacuzzi but they dont warm it up beforehand! selected parador for visit to famous cries island but no bookings. not paradors responsibility but they could help by signalling need book in advance.no data on history of old fort . find yourself.
