This parador surprises for how beautiful it is outside;however, inside, its dated. The sitting area and the terrace are really nice but it has this dark ambience that takes away from its charm. The facilities available are minimum with no tea/coffee facilities in room and limited cafeteria use as it only opens at 11.30am. However, the location is great and the staff as well

Impressive historical building from the outside but there was not one historical detail on the inside unfortunately. Very business-like; a style I am not so fond of. The rooms, however, were very spacious and the car could be parked in the parking lot underneath the hotel. The location of the hotel, on top of the gorge is superb and Ronda is most certainly worthy of your time.

Disappointed staying here for the first 2 nights of a 10 day trip around Andalucia. Our 2nd day was our 30th wedding anniversary. Other Paradors during our trip greeted us with personal service on arrival, a room upgrade, Cava and Chocolates in our room. I would only return because of the views and because my grandmother was born and lived a few miles away in Parauta. Not the friendly, personal welcome we were expecting sadly.

I could see the Puente Nuevo from my room, It was very good, but there was no light at night on my visited day.
At dinner time, there were more than two large groups, so I could't feel good.

Lovely hotel, great position for exploring the town and various sites. Pleasant staff and peaceful bedroom. We did not eat here as we prefer to try the local restaurants.

Rather modern Parador, nearby the highlight(s) of Ronda. Beautifull situated & everything is okay. Only the staff seems to be a little bit tired from all the tourist..
