What a great place to stay in a atrradctcive environment. Rooms are a little bit small and need an update, the AC did not work proper. Overall Again an experience we will never forget.

Historic building but room a little cramped/dark. Otherwise up to usual standards

Glimrende mad, men irriterende larm af afrydning af borde og rent bestik, der blev smidt ned i skufferne halvanden time før lukketid.

Parking not great. Restaurant excellent. Our first stay at a Parador and the staff were very helpful.

We stayed at several Paradors (Granada, Santiago) but to us, Ubeda is not Parador worthy.
The Parador feeling is to us a friendly aproach by personnel, a personal touch and nice beds.
Here the beds feel like rocks and most of the personnel lacks english and a friendly approach.
The personal touch of Paradores is at least a bottle of water in the room. Or, like in Santiago, making the bed ready for the night (with some chocolat).
