We loved the junior suite here, but perhaps what made it even more special was the attentiveness of your reception staff. Both gentlemen went out of their way to help us and show us around the building. We loved eating out on the terrace, and watching birds from the room window. A modern Parador but nonetheless a personal and wonderful experience.

Left a top in the room when we left. Asked for the garment to be posted to our home in the UK, with us obviously paying the postage before it was dispatched. This was deemed as impossible. Not what I would expect from a 4* hotel.
