Parador de Benicarló

Accompanied by views of the exotic gardens and the sea, our culinary offerings will delight your senses. The décor, the light that floods the space and the interior gardens will serve as a constant reminder that you are in the Mediterranean. On summer nights, you can dine out on the terrace, gazing at the moonlight reflected on the sea and enjoying our traditional local selections, including rice dishes and fideuá (seafood vermicelli), cheeses and meats from the Maestrazgo region.

We offer delicious rice dishes with fish and vegetables, squid ink rice and rice with octopus or lobster. You can also sample fish and seafood from the local market, including gilthead sea bream, sea bass, baby cuttlefish, sardines, clams, langoustines, razor clams and more. These are accompanied by numerous vegetables, with the famous Benicarló artichoke as the star, the ideal accompaniment to the meats of the Maestrazgo region.

If you are a lover of fine dining, you will be pleased to know that the Parador de Benicarló takes part in a number of culinary events. We invite you to mark your calendar and come try the local octopus and fish in the month of October, and artichokes with an official designation of origin during the months of January, February and March.
