The restaurant at the Parador de Cáceres offers you the chance to enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience, savoring delicious dishes such as Ibérico pork tenderloin in Casar cheese sauce, young Retinto beef, truffles and Ibérico pork products, in an elegant space with garden views decorated in an inviting, contemporary style. During the hottest months, normally April to October, we serve lunch and dinner outdoors, creating an even more pleasant experience.
