The restaurant at the Parador de Cazorla is located 1400 meters above sea level, the highest in the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y las Villas Nature Reserve. The views are spectacular and the cuisine is exquisite. You will enjoy seasonal game dishes, including wild boar in red wine sauce and venison scallopini, along with our house specialties: pasta with rabbit and mint, venison tenderloin, trucha a la serrana (trout with ham) and sweet gachas (flour porridge) with anise.
We also include other local ingredients in the dishes and desserts on our menu: figs, walnuts, thyme, rosemary, quince, almonds and plums, undoubtedly the secret behind the flavor of our recipes. You can sample items from the delicious Serrano Menu (featuring mountain cuisine) throughout the year, and during the summer months, you can have lunch and dinner on the terrace, accompanied by the pleasant sounds of nature.
