Parador de Córdoba

Our dining room exudes the elegance of Arab and Andalusian décor and the wooded area of the garden offers diners a lovely view. Discover the exquisite flavor of Cordoba-style salmorejo (cold tomato purée) and gazpacho blanco (made with almonds). You will also be pleasantly surprised by our carnerete (mashed fried bread and potatoes), migas (fried breadcrumbs) and traditional Andalusian stews.
