Parador de La Seu d’Urgell

At the Parador restaurant, Alt Urgell, which is open to both registered guests and visitors, with access from the street and the hotel, you can savor the delicacies and flavors of this region of Lérida. Specialties include terrine of foie gras in homemade marinade, escudella barrejada (a traditional stew), rosemary pig’s feet stuffed with mushrooms, civet de jabalí (wild boar stew), and your choice of a select variety of desserts from our buffet. This is a modern dining area with minimalist décor situated in the former cloister of Sant Domenec Monastery, making it the perfect place to savor the best of Lérida’s cooking.

February–April and November–December, lunch is served in the Parador’s new dining area, the ideal spot to sample the delights of Catalan cuisine. Dishes to share, salads, pasta, regional dishes, combination plates, bruschetta-style appetizers and dishes for children make up a menu that we would be delighted to share with you.
