Parador de Manzanares

In the Parador kitchen, we take great care in preparing regional specialties such as migas ruleras (fried breadcrumbs with various pork products), gachas (flour porridge), galianos manchegos (game stew with flatbread), duelos y quebrantos (eggs and sausage), tiznao (roasted cod and vegetables), rabbit mojete (roasted pepper and tomato salad) and caldereta manchega (lamb stew), delicacies which you will not want to miss.

The hotel has two dining rooms. The Azafrán Dining Room, which has a separate entrance from the street, is semicircular, spacious and bright. The windows offer a relaxing view of the gardens. The Albergue Dining Room, located by the main entrance, features lovely balconies and a wooden porch.
