Parador de Mojácar

The Parador restaurant offers the opportunity to savor exquisite fish from the Mediterranean, hearty local rice dishes, rabbit with gurullos (grains of pasta), cuajadera de sepia (baked cuttlefish with potatoes and onions), red prawns from Garrucha, delicious recipes made with the fruits and vegetables of Almeria, and for a sweet finish, crema mojaquera (custard cream).
