Parador de Nerja

Come enjoy traditional Andalusian cuisine, focusing on Málaga's Axarquía region. You will be surprised by traditional dishes made with rockfish, anchovies, white prawns and tropical fruit. We use these ingredients to prepare such dishes as pickled anchovies, sardine kebabs, Hass avocado salad with salt-cured tuna and Málaga white prawns, baked wild-caught rockfish with patatas a lo pobre (potatoes fried with onion and peppers) and fried fish. You can accompany our recipes with some of the different sweet wines with the Montes de Málaga designation of origin.
