The Parador restaurant is housed in a truly beautiful space on the ground floor. It features a superb frieze of 16th-century polychrome tiles from Talavera, a magnificent coffered ceiling with large beams and a granite bench. This is a lovely spot to enjoy exquisite Extremaduran cuisine. The Parador offers the opportunity to sample the finest ingredients from Extremadura: peppers, tomatoes, wild cardoons, mushrooms, truffles, game, Ibérico pork products and desserts such as cherries from the Jerte Valley.
Enjoy exquisite dishes like potato soup, partridge stew, loin of lamb with meadow honey, La Vera fig compote and migas extremeñas (Extremadura-style fried breadcrumbs). We invite you to savor our culinary offerings.
