Did you know that there are 42 different pilgrim routes in Spain? The best known are the French Way, the Northern Way, the Primitive Way and the Silver Route. You will find many Paradors along the way on all these routes. Until you reach the spectacular Parador de Santiago, known as the Hostal dos Reis Católicos since Isabel and Fernando built it to accommodate pilgrims arriving from all over Europe. Or if you prefer, continue further along the Fisterra Way to the Parador Costa da Morte, one of the most modern and spectacular in the network. This extension is the result of the ancient tradition of walking following the course of the sun to the ends of the earth.
