The rooms and public areas were squeaky clean and felt safe in spite of Corvid. The receptionists deserve a special mention as they dealt with the many questions with patience and efficiency. Over the years I have avoided this parador because it is out of the tourist centre but visits to the old city are easy by bus and the view from the hotel well worth it.
