The Parador de Chinchón offers a number of dining areas: El Convento and El Bodegón restaurants, a café located in the cloister of the former monastery, La Taberna Cocktail Bar, and La Piscina Bar, serving beverages and a selection of dishes beside the swimming pool. You can also celebrate private events in the Doctoral Function Room, Capitular Function Room, Refectorio Function Room and the garden, where La Catina Function Room is equipped for private parties featuring any music you like.
We especially recommend the tasting menu and dishes prepared using produce from the area around Chinchón. You will also love our other specialties, including a complete meal made up of different elements of the local cocido de taba (chickpea stew with meat and vegetables), roast shoulder of suckling lamb, cod au gratin with anisette greens, pisto manchego (La Mancha-style ratatouille), and delicious desserts such as Augustinian-style apple tart, caramelized anisette cream tartlet with homemade coffee ice cream and baked cheesecake with fruits of the meadow.
