  • La Mitjana
A surprising natural area that stretches along the riverside on the edge of the city. It is a fluvial wetland area with a surface area of approximately 90 hectares, declared an Area of Natural Interest in 1979. The most characteristic element of the area is water. It is home to a dense riverside forest and is inhabited by a number of different types of birds that are easy to spot. La Mitjana is ideal for walking, playing sports and observing the flora and fauna.
