- Parador de Aiguablava
The Parador de Aiguablava is the perfect place to rest your body and mind. Imagine enjoying yourself on a terrace with unbeatable views of the Costa Brava, at the top of the Punta d'esMuts cliff. This privileged spot in the Mediterranean is surrounded by pine trees and boasts an almost unspoilt natural environment.
On the horizon, spectacular views and, at the table, the best examples of Catalan cuisine prepared using local products. Try the "coca de escalivada" with anchovies from l'Escala or the Catalan salad with Girona sausages.
- Parador de Jarandilla de la Vera
Can you imagine sitting down to read a book on the terrace of a castle where Charles V stayed? The parade ground, the towers and the enormous stone walls of the castle of the Counts of Oropesa will take you back to another era while you enjoy some "patatas revolconas" (mashed potatoes) with bacon or a salad of "zorongollo" (salad) and "ventresca" (pork belly tuna).

The Parador de Granada is a former convent that was built over a Nasrid palace on the orders of the Catholic Monarchs. Remains such as the Al Qubba and the Nasrid Hall are still preserved.
